Re-Acclimation Program!  In November 2025, the Stark Regional Community Correction Center (SRCCC) and the Stark County Humane Society formed a partnership to work together!  The program was created to help re-acclimate dogs into society and facilitate their adoption.  SRCCC residents can complete their community service at SCHS, while SRCCC fosters dogs to aid in the adoption process.

This has proven to be significantly beneficial to the "long timers' of SCHS!  The two dogs, "Speedy", and "Rubble" both have been able to find their forever through this partnership!
